Can my child enroll for August 2027?
Please check back around December 2026 for August 2027 enrollment.
Can I be put on a waitlist?
Due to high demand, we do not maintain waitlists for any future years.
Is a tour necessary for enrollment?
It is not necessary but highly recommended. Our model is very different from all other school models, and we would prefer it if you knew as much as possible about our methodology before enrolling. Our website and social media only portray a small glimpse of what we're all about.
Where else can I find out about the culture of ACA?
Please follow us on instagram (@arcadiachristianacademy)
Do you have sports?
Our 5th-8th graders are part of the Cactus League (Scottsdale Christian, Gilbert Christian, Northwest Christian, Phoenix Country Day, etc)
Our 9th-10th graders are part of the Canyon Athletic Association
This is our first year in sports and will participate in everything from Baseball to Golf to Cheerleading
Will you have an Arcadia Campus?
Our entire school has moved to Central Phoenix to the Church for the Nations campus, and we will no longer have an Arcadia Campus.
Will you open another campus in Gilbert / North Scottsdale / Peoria / Queen Creek?
We do not have any current plans to expand to other cities. We want to put all our efforts into making this campus the best it can possibly be. Each year, we host a free seminar where we share our struggles and triumphs in starting and running a school. We recommend attending if you’re interested in starting your own school. Our Instagram page will announce this event, most likely sometime in the spring.
How big are your classes?
Our max capacity per class will be 18 or 19 children.
Do you have a Pre-School for ages 1-3?
Our Pre-K welcomes children who turn 4 by September 1st.
What is your tuition and curriculum used?
This is listed on our website at arcadiachristian.org. Please keep in mind that the ESA program will give you around $4500 for a Kindergartener and $7500 for a 1st-10th grade child. For example, an 8th-grade student attending ACA three days a week will have 88% of their tuition covered by ESA funds ($7500), leaving only $1,000 for you to cover.
What are your future plans?
11th grade will launch August 2026. We do not plan on growing as drastically as we have in the past.
Are you a co-op?
We are NOT a homeschool co-op. We are a private school and all of our children are required to use our curriculum.
Can you accomodate children with special needs?
Our school has only been in operation for a few years. We do not have all the resources that a 20+ year old public or private school has. However, we are trying to accommodate as much as we can while still providing an excellent atmosphere for the children. There are many children at our school with special needs that adapt well to our environment. Enrollment of children with special needs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Do we have to be Christian to enroll?
We are a covenant school. This means that all of our staff members, as well as at least one parent from each family, must sign and agree to our Statement of Faith shown on our website. Jesus is our cornerstone, and we welcome families who also make Him their cornerstone. We are a non-denominational Christian school, and we consider ourselves distinct from the Mormon faith and from certain Catholic traditions.
